Locally-owned and operated, District/Metro Appraisals offers comprehensive and fair residential appraisals. We are a Certified Lisenced appraisal company, members of FREA (Foundation of Real Estate Appraisers), licensed in the Maryland and Washington DC Offices of Real Estate Appraisers, and we have Errors and Omissions Insurance through Landy / Great American Assurance Company.

Proudly serving the DC Metro area, including Virginia, the District,  as well as Maryland's Montgomery, Howard, Anne Arundel, Prince George's, Calvert, Charles, and St. Mary's counties, we specialize in appraisals for single-family units, condominiums, and multi-family residential properties.  If you don't live in one of these counties, be sure to give us a call, and we'll see if we can accomodate you.

Our principal, Pat Parsons, has years of experience in appraisals and management- he thoroughly enjoys sharing his wealth of knowledge! Pat strongly believes in communicating with clients, as he fully-understands that a great deal depends on the responsiveness and accountability of District/Metro Appraisals.

We have earned a reputation of "not letting the appraisal hold the process up"-our comprehensive appraisals are available within 3 business days. You will have your appraisal, and our ear, if questions should arise.
